James A. Swanson II has been called as the new Senior Pastor of Pleasant Community Church in Warren, PA. He will begin at Pleasant Community Church on February 10, 2020.

Annual Appreciation Breakfast – First Covenant of Bessemer

We love hearing about GLC churches taking an active role in their community, being the hands and feet of Jesus outside the church walls. Dave Nesburg – Congratulations and See You Around!

Please join us in congratulating Dave Nesburg for his “recent graduation from PLCBC University” and praying for his family as they seek God’s next call on their lives. Dave will remain the Executive Director of Portage Lake Covenant Bible Camp until the board hires a new director. He will then move to a fund development role part-time to work on finishing the Dining Hall “Feeding 5000” campaign.
