Covenant Community Care – Pathway to Health Campaign
Covenant Community Care (Covenant) is building a new health center campus in Detroit’s Cody-Rouge neighborhood set to open in November. The new four-acre site will have a 10,000 square foot medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare center. It will expand access to healthcare and create spaces for residents, neighbors, patients, and others to connect with health and wellness activities.
But Covenant can’t finish this important project without help from their community of dedicated supporters. Covenant is partnering with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) on their Pathway to Health Campaign so your dollar can go further. Every gift we get will be matched up to $50,000! Contributions will help Covenant improve patient care through the creation of outdoor wellness and recreation spaces, including a community event plaza and a public walking trail.
“Covenant Community Care is proud to partner with the MEDC on our Pathway to Health Patronicity Campaign,” said Covenant Community Care Chief Executive Officer Joslyn Pettway. “MEDC’s matching funds will help us complete the outdoor features of our new health center in Northwest Detroit, including the creation of an outdoor plaza for farmer’s markets, cooking demonstrations, and other programs, and a walking trail for everyone in the neighborhood.”
