The Great Lakes Conference invites each of our churches to take a PhCheck church assessment every three years to evaluate their health in three areas: Missional Identity, Vision, and Leadership. You can schedule an assessment by clicking this link.

Once your church has scheduled your debrief of the PHCheck church assessment, you can choose the missional vitality resources designed to strengthen ministry in that area. For more information on the missional vitality resources available, click this link.
