Reminder: Please complete the following Reports. The ECC MUST have the following before churches can register delegates for Gather.

Annual Attendance Report

As a friendly reminder, the Annual Attendance Report was due to the ECC by January 10, 2020. If you have not yet sent your church’s information, PLEASE do so as soon as possible, so as to contribute to the continued advancement of the ECC’s mission and ministry.

Annual Statistical Report

This report has been condensed and simplified to collect key data points. Please complete the ASR by March 15, 2020. This can be done one of two ways:

1. Complete the hard copy that was mailed to your church from the ECC and mail in via the return envelope that was provided.
2. Complete the electronic copy online in the Church Data Center at https://covdb.covchurch.org.

Church Personnel Report

Please update your church personnel section in the Church Data Center in CovDB, as this information is used to publish the Yearbook after Gather 2020. The ECC has simplified this report, as well, for consistency.
