  • Being an Unlikely Leader in Uncertain Times

    An event especially for Church Chairs. The last 6 months have been tough. The effects of COVID-19, escalating racial tension, and increasing political polarization have all seeped into our churches in some form, taken a toll, and left us with an abiding sense of uncertainty about the future. The GLC has asked Paul Lessard, the ECC’s Executive Minister of Start and Strengthen Churches (SSC) to share a word with the Chairs of our GLC Churches about “Being an Unlikely Leader in Uncertain Times.”

  • Fall 2020 Virtual Pastors Retreat

    How does a pastor lead well, care well, and preach well in the most volatile cultural circumstances that our generation has experienced? Al Tizon will help us answer that question in our upcoming retreat as he shares wisdom gleaned during decades of ministry. His clear voice will offer pathways forward so that we and the people we serve may be “whole and reconciled” – to God and one another.

  • Midwinter 2021 (virtual in Feb)

    In response to the continued COVID-19 pandemic, the Evangelical Covenant Church has officially postponed its upcoming Midwinter Conference, originally scheduled to take place January 18-22, 2021, in Denver, to January 2022.

    In lieu of Midwinter, the Covenant and the Ministerium will host virtual events in February, the details of which will be shared through midwinter.covchurch.org when they are available.
