Covenant Community Care: Caring for the Community During COVID-19
Covenant Community Care is open and caring for the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. At the end of March, we transitioned to providing telehealth services at all sites and are seeing established patients in-person at our Michigan Avenue Clinic on a limited basis.
