Speakers – Sharon and Jack Brown:
The Great Lakes Conference Ministerial Association is delighted to welcome Sharon and Jack Brown as our speakers for the 2021 Fall Pastors’ Retreat. Sharon and Jack have been serving in ministry together for over 25 years. Sharon is the author of the bestselling Sensible Shoes book series from InterVarsity Press, and Jack currently serves as the Director of Spiritual Development at Compass College in Grand Rapids, MI. For 10 years they co-pastored Redeemer Covenant Church in Caledonia, MI, and have also pastored churches in Scotland, England, Oklahoma, and New Jersey. Two years ago they founded Abiding Way Minitries, which provides spiritual formation resources for individuals, small groups, and congregations. The Browns are passionate about providing opportunities for followers of Jesus to unplug from a chaotic world and find the “good way” that leads to refreshment and renewal.
