New Name “Covenant Living of the Great Lakes”
Now in full use for Senior Living Organization
It was last September when the now former Covenant Retirement Communities announced approval from its board of directors for the new corporate name, new community names and identities. Now, with all of the legal filings and documentations complete, beginning June 25, the official rebranding to Covenant Living Communities and Services is in effect.
Covenant Living, the nation’s fifth largest senior living and healthcare provider, owns and manages 16 communities in nine states. As part of the Covenant Living family, Covenant Village of the Great Lakes is now Covenant Living of the Great Lakes.
The new name and logo connects Covenant Living to its strong Christian heritage, distinctly reflects its values, and projects liveliness, health and growth. The new logo symbolizes Covenant Living being a faith-based organization incorporating the Christian symbol of a fish implying a place for new life, safe space and of community. The color palette was chosen to communicate vitality and health.
Covenant Living of the Great Lakes, a faith-based, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community, is located at 2510 Lake Michigan Drive NW, Grand Rapids, Mich. It is administered by Covenant Living Communities and Services, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit senior services providers. Covenant Living serves 5,000 residents at 16 retirement communities nationwide and is a ministry of the Evangelical Covenant Church.
