The GLC Annual Celebration is designed to incorporate the business of the Annual Meeting and celebrate the ministry of all that God has done in and through the churches of the Great Lakes Conference.
While only church-elected delegates receive delegate materials and the right to vote at the Annual Business meeting there are many opportunities for participation for your church members, including the workshops, banquet and awards, and the worship service.
We look forward to seeing you there!

On Saturday, February 9, 2019, a group of 25 people from Faith Covenant Church in Farmington Hills, Michigan were led by Covenant pastors Bob Hoey and Terrance Rollerson on a four-hour tour of seven sites significant in the civil rights movement in Detroit. Deep understanding was gained of past injustices and hearts were stretched to live out racial righteousness in our own contexts today. A 51-page booklet of articles giving details and backstory of all of the sites was also provided for tour participants. Though the morning was chilly - temps only in the teens - it ended warmly with lunch at the end of the tour at Steve’s Soul Food restaurant on the east side of downtown Detroit.
