Ministry Advantage is a Pastor’s Coaching System – where those who enroll will be assigned a coach who will talk with you weekly for 18 months and help you develop in 7 key areas; strategic planning, leading change, organizing & delegating, maximizing key positions, outreach & assimilation, maturing financially, and developing leaders. You will also go to a 2-day workshop every 4-6 months. There is a $500 enrollment fee ($250 for WCA members) and then a monthly fee of $465/mo for one-on-one coaching, $233/mo for one-on-three coaching, or $125/mo for one-on-five coaching. If you can find 2 – 4 other pastors to join you in the weekly coaching, that provides an additional peer-mentoring component.
